Resume Reality Check
Find out what you're actually worth on the market before you waste applications on roles you won't win.
๐ก Do this first โ before anything else
Most people apply to jobs based on hope. They target roles a level above where they're competitive, get ignored, and assume the market is tough. The market isn't tough โ they're applying to the wrong roles. This tool reads your resume the way a hiring manager reads a hundred of them a week: what tier you're actually in, what roles you'll genuinely win, what's keeping you from the next level, and what you're underselling. Do this once. It changes how you apply to everything.

Job Fit Scorer
Score how competitive you actually are for a specific role before you spend an hour applying to it.
๐ก Why this matters
The ATS scanner tells you if software will filter you out. This tells you if a hiring manager will care. It scores your fit across five dimensions โ experience match, level match, industry match, track record, and culture fit โ and gives you a direct verdict: Apply, Don't Apply, or Apply With Caveats. A 4/10 is a 4/10. The most useful thing this tool can do is tell you not to apply and point you toward roles where you're actually competitive.

LinkedIn Audit
Get an honest, direct critique of your LinkedIn profile โ the kind a good recruiter gives behind closed doors.
๐ก Why this matters
Most LinkedIn profiles are written like a resume โ they tell recruiters where you've been, not what you do for a buyer. Recruiters spend about 6 seconds on a profile before moving on. If your headline is just a job title, if your About section opens with "I am a results-driven professional," or if your experience bullets don't have numbers โ you're invisible. This tool audits every section, rewrites the weak parts, and tells you exactly which keywords are missing for the role you're targeting.
Get a version of your resume translated into the language of the role you want โ without inflating or inventing anything.
๐ก Why this matters
Sending the same resume to every job is one of the most common reasons qualified people don't get callbacks. Recruiters read dozens of resumes a day โ they need to immediately see their job description reflected back at them. If a posting says "revenue cycle management" and your resume says "billing operations," a recruiter's eye skips right over it. This tool takes your real experience and retranslates it into the exact vocabulary of the role, without making anything up. Your experience is real โ this just makes sure it reads that way to the right person.

Cover Letter
Get a cover letter that sounds like a person wrote it โ not a bot. Specific, confident, under 350 words.
๐ก Why this matters
Most cover letters open with "I am writing to express my interest in..." โ and a recruiter's eyes glaze over before they reach the second sentence. A good cover letter does one thing: makes a recruiter think "this person actually gets what we need." That means opening with a real observation about the role, connecting your most relevant accomplishment to their specific problem, and closing with confidence instead of a plea. This tool writes that letter using your actual background โ no filler phrases, no em dashes, no AI tells.

Interview Prep
Two modes โ build your story bank and coached answers, or run a live mock interview with real-time grading.
๐ก Why this matters
Most people prep for interviews by reviewing their resume and hoping for the best. That's how you end up stumbling through "tell me about a time you failed" with a rambling non-answer. Interviewers are predictable โ behavioral questions tied to the JD, role-specific challenges, and curveball questions about gaps in your background. Prep Mode builds your story bank, coaches your answers, and tells you what not to say. Mock Mode runs a live simulation โ one question at a time, grades your answer, tells you what to fix, then moves on. Run prep first. Then run the mock until you're scoring A's and B's.

ATS Scanner
Find out why you're not getting callbacks โ even when you're qualified for the role.
๐ก What is ATS and why does it matter?
Most companies use software called an ATS โ Applicant Tracking System โ to filter resumes before a human ever sees them. When you apply online and never hear back, it's usually not because a recruiter looked at your resume and passed. It's because software scanned it first and filtered you out automatically.
Here's how it works: the ATS scans your resume for keywords from the job description, checks the formatting for things it can read cleanly, and scores you against other applicants. If your score is too low, your resume goes into a folder no one opens.
Common reasons people get filtered out: missing keywords that appear in the job posting, two-column layouts the software can't parse, special bullet characters that show up as garbage text, no summary section, or a job title that doesn't match what the role is called.
This tool scans your resume the way an ATS does, gives you a match score, and tells you exactly what to fix โ in priority order โ before you submit another application.

Post-Interview Thank-You
Send within 24 hours. Get three versions for three different scenarios โ strong interview, one concern came up, or you're interviewing elsewhere.
๐ก Why this matters
Most thank-you notes open with "Thank you for taking the time to speak with me today" โ and that's exactly what every other candidate writes. A good thank-you note does three things: proves you were paying attention, reinforces your single strongest qualification, and closes with confidence instead of just waiting. Sent within 24 hours, it keeps you top of mind during the decision window. This tool writes three versions based on how your interview actually went โ pick the one that fits.
